Innovations from Viessmann include the MatriX gas burner and the Inox-Radial
stainless steel heat exchanger, which feature in our Vitodens range of condensing boilers.
Stainless Steel
Condensing technology is one of the cleanest and most economical forms
of heating, with the capture of additional heat from the flue gas achieving up to 98%
efficiency.To achieve these benefits over a long period of time, it is essential that the components and heating surfaces of a condensing boiler are built to withstand the
high demands of the condensing process.
The Inox-Radial heat exchangers used in our Vitodens boilers are manufactured
in-house from 100% corrosion-free stainless steel for long-term reliability.
Their unique design and positioning ensure self cleaning along with maximum
efficiency and high performance Inox-Radial patented heat exchanger

As with all Vitodens boilers, they feature the InoX-Radial stainless steel heat
exchanger, designed and manufactured by Viessmann for outstanding performance
and long term reliability.
The modulating action of the MatriX pre-mix cylinder burner accurately matches output
to the heat requirement for comfort and efficiency.
Combi and System models also benefit from the Viessmann's space-saving AquaBloc. All the hydraulic connections, along with the diverter valve, are centrally
mounted and easily accessible for quick and easy routine maintenance.
The Vitodens 100-W has a wide range of control options including plug-in timers and
wireless programmers

The Vitodens 200-W is packed with Viessmann quality and technology. Suitable
for new build and replacement applications, it can run on either natural gas or LPG at the
flick of a switch - with no adjustment of the gas valve.
A feature of the Vitodens 200-W isthe Lambda Pro combustion control, which ensures optimum performance irrespective of gas quality. The modulating MatriX cylinder burner is designed for high efficiency and a low energy pump reduces electricity consumption by around 25% per year.
For even higher efficiency and additional savings of up to 20% per year, the Vitodens
200-W is fully compatible with our weather compensation controls.
Naturally, Viessmann's own patented self cleaning stainless steel heat exchanger is a key component for long term reliability and durability.
The Vitodens 200-W is particularly easy to integrate with renewable energy
technologies, including Vitosol 200 flat and tube solar thermal panels

The Vitodens 222-F
A new floor standing gas fired combi storage boiler with an integral space saving DHW unvented cylinder, utilising a high performance Cylinder Loading System (CLS), is being launched by Viessmann. The Vitodens 222-F replaces the Vitodens 333-F model and introduces a number of key technical features. The CLS technology is integral to the Vitodens 222-F boiler with water pumped through a plate heat exchanger that replaces the traditional cylinder heating coil, increasing DHW performance levels, saving space and enhancing water storage capacity. A 10- minute peak output provides 200 litres of water at 60ºC. The Vitodens 222-F is available in three outputs (19, 26 and 35 kW) and two cylinder sizes (100 and 130 litres).
